The funeral of Mrs. Eva B. Barham, wife of Mr. Paul F. Barham, took place 
yesterday at noon from the residence of the father of the deceased, Mr. Joel 
C. White, No. 305 Charlotte street, Rev. W.J. Young, D.D., of Epworth 
Methodist church, officiating. The occasion was indeed a sad one to the many 
warm friends and admirers who were present and who accompanied the remains to 
their final resting place in Elmwood cemetery. Their love and affection was 
partially testified to by the unusual number of beautiful floral tributes 
sent, including a beautiful design from the Y's. Beautiful music was rendered, 
including selection by Mr. Lumley and Mrs. Barcroft.
The pall bearers were Messrs. C.E. Herbert, Robert Johnson, W.J. Shepherd, 
William F. Lumley, Frank W. Blake, J.M. Commander, John Willis, and C.N. 
Whitehurst.
