Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark December 11, 1918

BARHAM - At the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Alexander, 827 42nd 
Street, Monday evening, December 9. 1918, at 7 o'clock, RUTH W., wife of Noah 
Barham, age 17 years.
Funeral services at the residence THIS (Wednesday) AFTERNOON, December 11th, at 
3 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.

Funeral services of Mrs. Ruth W. Barham, wife of Noah Barham, were held 
Wednesday afternoon at the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.L. 
Alexander. Rev. R.J. Dogan, of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church, officiated. 
Burial was in Elmwood, the pallbearers being W. Allen, J.H. Wilson, C. Chesson, 
G. Warren, R. Rowe and N. Garrett.
