Virginian Pilot December 2,1951
Franklin Davis Barrett, 79, husband of Carrie Stone Barrett, died at the 
residence, 3115 Tait Terrace, yesterday at 8 p.m.  Besides his wife he is 
survived by a son, Leslie W. Barrett, of Salisbury, Md.; a daughter, Mrs. Ruby 
Barrett Harrison, of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a brother, Herbert H. Barrett, and a 
sister, Mrs. Daisy B. Walker, both of Norfolk, and a granddaughter, Miss 
Barbara Harrison.  Mr. Barrett was a member of the Talbot Park Baptist Church 
and until his retirement was a manager for the Woolworth Company.
The body was taken to the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home pending funeral 
arrangements.
