Virginian Pilot November 3, 1968 

James Barrington, 63, of 804 E. Brambleton Ave., a self-employed drayman, died 
Thursday in a hospital.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., he was a son of Jim and Mrs. Rebecca Barrington 
and the husband of Mrs. Selina Barrington.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two cousins, Mrs. Annie Bell Sutton and Mrs. 
Lila Sutton of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Antioch Baptist Church by 
the Rev. C.W. Tyson. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home 
in charge.
