Funeral services from St. Mary's Catholic Church TOMORROW (Wednesday) MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. ******************************************************************************* Miss Margaret Virginia Barry died yesterday evening at 6:50 o'clock at her home, No. 208 Holt Street. The deceased was a well known and highly esteemed lady, having spent all of her life in this city. The funeral occurs at 10 a.m. tomorrow from St. Mary's Catholic Church. Ledger Dispatch October 6, 1908 **************************************************************************** The funeral of Miss Margaret Virginia Barry was held from St. Mary’s Catholic church, of which the deceased was a communicant, at 10 o’clock yesterday morning and was numerously attended. Requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. John Doherty, pastor of the church. During the service Mrs. James Hughes sang ”O Salutarus” and “Lead Kindly Light." The Interment was in St. Mary's cemetery. Following were the honorary pallbearers: S. S. Nottingham, C. F. Underhill, W. M. Hannan, Geo. W. Day, H. C. Davis, M. T. Cooke, H. B. Bagnall and Hunter Woodis. The casket was borne by eight colored men.
