Bartol Jr., 22, of 1129 Modoc Ave., husband of Mrs. Agnes Unger Bartol, died Wednesday at 4:05 p.m. in Portsmouth Naval Hospital after a long illness. A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was a son of Joseph Edward Bartol Sr. and the late Mrs. Marjorie Baker Bartol. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Besides his widow and father, surviving are a daughter, Angela Christine Bartol; stepmother, Mrs. Nina B. Bartol; grandmother, Mrs. Cora D. Baker; and stepsister, Mrs. Pamela F. Bell, all of Norfolk. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Friday at 7:30 p.m. in H.D.
