He was a son of Jonas E. Baskerville St. and Mrs. Genora Hudgins and was born in Norfolk, Va. He lived in Chicago 10 years and was an Army veteran. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, Norfolk, and formerly active in its Sunday school. Besides his parents, surviving are his widow, Mrs. Billie Jean Baskerville; three sons, Emanual Baskerville, Michael Baskerville and Maurice Baskerville; two daughters, Carolyn Baskerville and Camilla Baskerville, all of Chicago; three sisters, Mrs. Fredia Wallace of Sarasota, Fla., and Mrs. Eva Peele and Mrs. Deloris Scott of Norfolk; and one brother, Randolph Baskerville of New York City. The body was sent to Hale Funeral Home, Norfolk. A funeral service will be held there at First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, Tuesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. H. Hudson Bobbitt, pastor, with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
