Virginian-Pilot, February 1, 1974
DIED - In Virginia Beach, Wednesday, PHILIP STEPHEN BASS, son of Milton A. and 
Mrs. Helen Feldman Bass, in the 23rd year of his age. He was the manager of the 
Ranch House Restaurant, 9294 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA. He was a member 
of Temple Israel. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. 
Joanie Bayduch, Miss Robin Feldman, both of Norfolk; paternal grandmother, Mrs. 
Fannie Bass, of Miami, Florida; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lena Legum, of 
Norfolk. A funeral service will be held in H D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, 
Friday at 11 o'clock. Burial will be in B'Nai Israel Cemetery.
