BASSETT, JESSE V. – At a local hospital, Sunday, February 27th, 1938, at 10:05 
o’clock a.m., JESSE V., son of the late John W. and Josephine Virginia White 
Bassett, in the 75th year of his age. Remains will be taken from H. D. Oliver’s 
Funeral Apartments, Nos. 610-612 East Freemason street to Christ and St. Luke’s 
Church for services TUESDAY AFTERNOON at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
