Virginian-Pilot July 12, 1991
Jacques Bastiaens, 81, of the 300 block of Colony Pines Court, a retired tailor, 
died July 11, 1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Bastiaens was born in Antwerp, Belgium. He was a Roman Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Meert Bastiaens.
The funeral will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday in H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Laskin Road, by the Rev. Robert L. Cummins. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk.
