Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, November 12, 1991 
Beatrice Battle of the 3000 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd., a retired spotter,
died Nov. 9, 1991, in her home.

Mrs. Battle was born in Norfolk. She had retired from Compeco Cleaners after 10
years. She was a member of New St. Mark Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Battle.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in New St. Mark Baptist Church
by the Rev. William Burnell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family
will assemble at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
