The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark December 21, 1918
Mrs. Alice E. Battley, widow of George W. Battley, Sr., formerly of Norfolk, 
died yesterday afternoon at her home in Washington, D.C.
Funeral services will take place tomorrow afternoon at H.D. Oliver's Funeral 
apartments at 1:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
