Batts, died yesterday afternoon at the residence of his mother, 1012 Moran avenue, after a protracted illness. He was 21 years old. He was formerly a clerk with the Atlantic Coast Line Railway. Sometime ago he went to Florida, but as his health did not improve, he returned home. He is survived by his mother, two brothers, Louis and Joseph Batts and a sister, Miss Janie Batts. The funeral will take place at the residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Services will be conducted by Rev. E. P. Miner of St. Luke's church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. ********************************* The funeral of William Henry Batts took place at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family residence, 1012 Moran avenue. Services were conducted by Rev. E P. Miner of St. Luke's Episcopal church. Many handsome floral tributes were received. Burial was in Elmwood cemetery. Members of Branbleton Tent, No. 25, K.O.T.M. were present in a body. Pall-bearers were William T. Myers, S. J. Pritchard, J. W. Edwards, E. E. Snow, J. H. Baker and R. W. Rose.
