BAXTER, DR. ENOCH WILSON – At his residence, 703 Maury Place, Saturday night, 
August 10, 1940, at 8:25 o’clock, DR. ENOCH WILSON BAXTER, aged 79 years. Funeral 
services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home, 631 Westover avenue, corner 
Manteo street, THIS (Monday) AFTERNOON at 3 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
