She was a daughter of the late Mrs. and Mrs. Willis E. Upton and was a native of Norfolk County, where she spent her life. Mrs. Baxter is survived by two daughters, Mrs. W.W. Pillar, of Doziers Corner and Mrs. J.P. Morgan, of Shawboro, N.C.; three sons, Orville, Rhea and William Baxter, 10 grandchildren and one brother, T.W. Upton, of Raleigh, N.C. She was a member of the South Norfolk Christian Church. The body was removed to the funeral home of Graham & Sykes, Jackson and Jefferson streets, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. Burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
