Baxter, wife of Dr. E.W. Baxter, will learn with sorrow of her death, which occurred at the family residence, 583 Church street extended, at 5:15 a.m. yesterday. The deceased was 36 years old and a most estimable lady. She was well known and highly esteemed in the community. The funeral will be held from the above residence at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon. ***************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Maggie M. Baxter, wife of Dr. E.W. Baxter, was held from her late residence, 583 Church Street extended, at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was largely attended by the friends of the deceased. The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. J.J. Taylor, of the Freemason Street Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. J.K. Jolliff, of the Queen Street Methodist Church.
