Published in the Norfolk Virginian Wednesday February 27,1895


The body of Mr. O.F. Baxter, of Elizabeth City, N.C., who died at Randolph 
Macon College, was buried in Elmwood Cemetery yesterday. The funeral was at 
Granby Street Methodist Church, the service being conducted by Rev. R.H. 
Bennett, assisted by Dr. M.B. Wharton.
