Virginian-Pilot September 25, 1911
Funeral services over the remains of Daisy Bay, who died Thursday afternoon, were 
held yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock from an undertaking establishment on Bank 
street. Rev. Dr. Sparks W. Melton, pastor of the Freemason Street Baptist church, 
officiated. The services were largely attended.
The interment was in Elmwood cemetery.
