The News Tribune, Fort Pierce July 30, 1975

Ruth E. Baylum, 65, of 435 N. 18th St., died Saturday at Indian River Memorial 
Hospital.
A native of Chesapeake, Va., Mrs. Baylum came to this area 18 years ago. She was 
a housewife and a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include her husband, Sylvester Baylum of Fort Pierce; one son, Freddie 
Murphy of Fort Pierce; one daughter, Doris Baldwin, Chesapeake, Va.; and one 
sister.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Jehovah's 
Witness Kingdom Hall. Stone Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in the Cemetery in Norfolk. Va. Graves Funeral Home is in charge 
of arrangements in Virginia.
