Norfolk Ledger Dispatch September 21, 1925

Elvina E. Beacham, 8 years old, daughter of W.E. and Mrs. Elvina Emery Beacham, 
519 Walnut Street, died yesterday morning at 5:30 o'clock at a local hospital. She 
was born in Beaufort County, N.C., but had lived here for two years. In addition 
to her parents, she is survived by three sisters, Sarah Marie, Virginia C. and 
Catherine V. Beacham and three brothers, Willie E., John W. and Vernon W. Beacham.
The body was taken from the funeral home of E. Lee Cox, 124 East Berkley Avenue, 
to the residence for funeral services this afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be 
in Magnolia Cemetery.
