Mrs. Beasley Was Edenton Native

Mrs. Bessie C. Beasley, 50, of 1748 Greenleaf Drive, died February 21 at a local 
hospital. She was buried February 28 at Calvary cemetery following funeral 
services at Syma Disciple Church, of which she was a member.

A native of Edenton, N.C., Mrs. Beasley is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary 
Elliott and Miss Jean Beasley; one son, Willie Beasley Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. 
Mary Glass of Philadelphia and Mrs. Pearlie Hanley of New Jersey; two brothers, 
John Bembry of New Jersey and Paul Bembry of Norfolk Carolina; and two 
grandchildren, Joseph and Tony Beasley.

Morning Glory Funeral Home had charge of Funeral arrangements.
