Beasley, died yesterday morning at 5:30 o'clock at the residence of Mrs. Susie Litchfield, Knotts Island, N.C. She was a native of Princess Anne County, and had resided in Norfolk for 50 years. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Kelley. Mrs. Beasley was a member of McKendree Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Elmer L. Beasley, of Chesapeake Beach and John W. Beasley, of Lackawaxen, Pa.; one brother, James Kelley, of Norfolk; a half- brother, J.J. Ward, of Knotts Island; two half sisters, Mrs. Alice Fentress and Mrs. Nannie Newman, of Knotts Island; 15 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the funeral chapel of James V. Derry, 1920 Colley avenue, corner of Harrington, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Henry A. Harrell, pastor of Ocean View Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. *********************************************************************** Mrs. Mary Kelley Beasley - Funeral services for Mrs. Beasley, who died Thursday at the residence of Mrs. Susie Litchfield, Knotts Island, N.C., were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the funeral chapel of James V. Derry, 1920 Colley Avenue, corner of Harrington, with the Rev Henry A. Harrell, pastor of the Ocean View Methodist Church, officiating. The pallbearers were W.H. Beasley, R.L. Kelley, L.J. Beasley, H.L. Myers, A.E. Myers and C.A. Humphries. Burial was in Riverside Memorial Park.
