Norfolk Virginian March 19, 1891

BEAZLEY - Yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock at his residence, 34 Charlotte 
Street, EPHRAIM H. BEAZLEY, SR., aged 67 years.
His funeral will take place THIS (Thursday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock from his late 
residence.  Friends and acquaintances invited to attend.

Funeral services over the remains of Ephraim H. Beazley, Sr., who died Wednesday 
at his residence, 34 Charlotte Street, aged 67, took place yesterday from his 
late residence, Rev. J.L. Darsie of Disciples' Church, officiating, assisted by 
Mr. Augustus Winslow. After the ceremony the remains were interred in Elmwood 
Cemetery. The pallbearers were Ethan Allen, Alex. Ogilvie, Charles Crumpler, 
Joseph F. Dozier, Sr., Edward Church and J.C. Runaldue.
