NORFOLK - Mrs. Margaret Waddy Bell, 82, of 1042 N. Lexan Crescent, the wife of 
Marvin C. Bell, died Tuesday in a hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk and a member of Larchmont United 
Methodist Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Jean Bell Grandy, and a sister, Mrs. 
Dan Smith, both of Norfolk; and three grandchildren.
The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments for a funeral today at 2 
p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery by the Rev. Robert T. Casey. The family, which will be 
at 6507 Monroe Place, asks that flowers be omitted and memorial donations may be 
made to a charity of choice.
