Bell, at Williamsburg, Va., had been stricken with paralysis. Mr. Bell was a brother of Mrs. Roper and Captain and Mrs. Roper left yesterday morning for that place. A second telegram was received in the afternoon announcing his death. The remains will be brought here today at noon over the Chesapeake and Ohio for funeral at 1:30 o'clock. The interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
