Taylor and Mrs. W.P. Smith, both of Norfolk; a brother, Howard R. Bell, of Norfolk, and several nieces and nephews. Miss Bell was a lifelong resident of Norfolk and was a member of Christ and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. Until her retirement two years ago she was in the employ of the Sunlight Laundry for 38 years.
