A native of Salisbury, Md., she was a daughter of J.T. and Mrs. Virginia Disharoon Parks and the widow of I. Thompson Bell. She lived in Virginia Beach eight years. She was a charter member of Berkley Memorial Methodist Church and a member of White Temple Methodist Church, Miami. Surviving are a son, J. Thomas Bell of Atlanta; a daughter, Mrs. E. Rush Crall of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body was taken to Maestas Funeral Home. A private funeral service will be held today at 3 p.m. in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley, by the Rev. James G, Holloman of Memorial Methodist Church. The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
