The Rev. Howard I. Stewart, D.D., of the First Baptist Church, and the Rev. W.T. Greene, D.D., of the First M.E. Church, will conduct the services. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Mr. Bell, whose death occurred Thursday morning at 8:15 o'clock, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Miriam Diggs Bell; two daughters, Mrs. M.K. Dixon and Sarah Elizabeth Bell; four sons, Clarence O. Marvin C. Joseph S. 3rd and William D. Bell, and seven grandchildren, all of Norfolk.
