Miss Bell was for 11 years a member of the staff of Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Henry Phipps Psychiatric Clinic. She was a graduate of the Panzer School of Physical Education in East Orange, N.J., and the Beth Israel Hospital of Newark, N.J. She was a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association, Maryland Chapter. Besides her parents, she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Finley Hawkins, Mrs. Mary Bell Williams and Mrs. Harry W. Richards; five aunts, and a number of nephews and nieces. Services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial avenue, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with the Rev. T.J. Hawkins, pastor of First Methodist Church, of which Miss Bell was a member, and the Rev. W.C. Gum, D.D., superintendent of the Norfolk Methodist district officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
