Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, December 22, 1992
Joseph A. Bell, 43, a hair stylist, of the 1100 block of Craig St. in Norfolk, 
died Dec. 20, 1992, in a local hospital. 
He was employed by For Curl's and More for many years. He was a member of Mt. 
Zion Baptist Church Berkley in Norfolk. 
He is survived by his mother, Eldred Riddick of Norfolk; his father, Joseph 
Freeman Sr. of Norfolk; five sisters, Sharon Riddick, Jacquelyn Jorden, Sene 
Graves and LesBernetta Moore, all of Norfolk, and LaShawn Robinson of 
Chesapeake; two brothers, Reginold Freeman of Chesapeake and Lionel Freeman of 
Norfolk; a grandmother, Bessie Freeman of Chesapeake. 
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Pretlow & Sons Funeral 
Home Chapel in Chesapeake by Dr. Charles Hart. Burial will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery in Norfolk.
