Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - November 7, 1992 
Edith Mae Bellamy, 52, of the 1000 block of Winward Road, died Nov. 5, 1992. 
Mrs. Bellamy was born in Southampton County. She was a member of 29th Street 
Church of God in Christ. 
Survivors include her husband, Willie Lee Bellamy; three daughters, Diane 
Grant, Gearldine Whitehead and Patricia D. Bellamy, all of Norfolk; three 
sisters, Elsie Freeman, Mary L. Shearin and Elaine Shearin, all of Franklin; 
and three grandchildren. 
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in 29th Street C.O.G.I.C. by 
Elder Richard Richardson. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. E.A. Hughes 
Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
