Norfolk-Virginian, October 28, 1887
BELOTE -- In Washington [DC], Wednesday evening, Oct 26th, at 9 o'clock p.m., 
ALBERT SYDNEY, aged 25 months, only child of Albert S. and Ella Belote.
Funeral services tomorrow morning, at the grave, on arrival of the Washington 
steamer. Friends and acquaintances invited to attend.

Farewell darling thou hast left us!
To a world of love thou art gone.
Loved thee much, we'll love thee ever,
And we'll meet thee in thy home.
