Virginian Pilot April 24, 1985

Helen Mae Bennett, 86, 0f 119 E. Arden Circle, a native of Norfolk, died Tuesday 
in a hospital.
Miss Bennett had retired from teaching at Lee School.  She was a member of St. 
Paul's Episcopal Church, the Retired Teachers Association, the American 
Association of Retired Persons and a circle of the King's Daughters.
Survivors include a brother, Ernest E. Bennett Jr. of Norfolk.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Elmwood Cemetery 
by the Rev. Hugh C. White III.  H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk is in 
charge.
The family will be at 105 W. Arden Circle.  Memorial donations may be sent to 
Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
