Funeral services at the residence of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Marcellus Miller, Berkley, Monday, the 13th, at 12 p.m. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. ********************************************************************* The funeral of the late Mrs. Catherine Bennett, whose death has been noted in these columns, was solemnized from the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Annie Miller, 216 Berkley avenue, Berkley, at noon yesterday and was largely attended by the friends of the deceased, who loved her for her kindness of heart and generous deeds. The service was conducted by Rev. A.J. Ramsey, pastor of the Berkley Avenue Baptist Church The remains were laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: Alvah H. Boushall, Charles A. Williams, Lycurgus Berkley, Ware W. Robertson, George W. Wrenn and G.H. Whitehurst. The deceased was the mother of the late Marcellus Miller, of Berkley and Mrs. Thomas Tilley, of Norfolk; also aunt of Mrs. Julia Liliston, of this city.
