Berkley, died yesterday morning at 7:15 o'clock at the family residence in Chestnut street, after an illness of about two weeks. The little fellow was a great sufferer from the first of his sickness and unconscious a great deal of the time. While there were little hope of his recovery, his death was a great shock to the family, who were devoted to him. The funeral will be conducted from the residence this morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. Robert Gatewood, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, officiating, assisted by Rev. W. Asbury Christian, pastor of Memorial M.E. Church. the interment will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery. ****************************************************************** The funeral of John Wallace, the 9-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Berkley, was conducted from the family residence in Chestnut street, Sunday morning at 10 o'clock. The obsequies were conducted by Rev. Robert Gatewood, rector of St. Paul's P.E. Church, assisted by Rev. W. Asbury Christian, pastor of Memorial M.E. Church. A large number of friends of the bereaved family were present at the funeral to pay their last sad tribute of respect. The interment was private, in Magnolia Cemetery.
