NORFOLK - Stanley S. Berkwit, 84, passed away July 12, 2016. He was preceded in 
death by his wife, Phyllis Berkwit, son Noel Ross and granddaughter Ashley 
Nicole. Left to cherish his precious memories are a son, Richard Berkwit (Joy); 
grandsons, Jacob and Phillip, and companion Jean Torres. A graveside service 
will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, at B'Nai Israel Cemetery, 2750 
Cromwell Rd., Norfolk, VA. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby Chapel [is 
handling arrangements].
