Phillip Augustus Beslow Sr., 48, husband of Mrs. Mamie Felton Beslow, the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Felton of Portsmouth, died at a Norfolk hospital
November 22, at 12:45 p.m. after a brief illness. The body was removed to Hale
funeral home.

A native of Norfolk, his late parents were Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Beslow of Norfolk.
He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.

The funeral service were conducted by the rector, Dr. Richard B. Martin.

In addition to his wife, the survivors are one daughter, Miss June L. Beslow,
Norfolk; one son, Phillip A. Beslow, Jr., Norfolk; three brothers, Henry Beslow,
Leander Beslow and Edward Beslow; one uncle, Waymond Beslow; a number of nieces,
nephews, and cousins and other relatives.

Burial was in Calvary cemetery will Hale funeral home in charge of funeral
arrangements.
