Norfolk - Funeral services were held for Mrs. Cotora Bibbins of 1285 Dusch 
avenue, Norfolk, who died March 30 in a hospital, on Sunday, April 4, at 
Garrett’s Community Church with the Rev. James A. Askew officiating.

Mrs. Bibbins, a native of Elizabeth City, NC, was the wife of Patrick H. Bibbins 
Sr.  She was a deaconess at Garrett’s Community Church.

Her other survivors include: three sons, Patrick H. Bibbins Jr. of Connecticut, 
Floyd N. Bibbins of Pasadena CA, and James P. Bibbins of Norfolk;  three 
daughters, Mrs. Mildred Grandy, Mrs. Gladys Hill and Ms. Pauline Earkins of 
Norfolk;  two brothers, Willie Price of Philadelphia and Edward Price of New 
York;  and a sister, Mrs. Mary Pritchette of Philadelphia;  11 grandchildren and 
2 great-grandchildren, and other relatives.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
