Norfolk - The Rev. James H. Billups, a Norfolk native who died in Montclair, NJ, 
will be given a funeral service Friday at St. Paul Baptist Church, Montclair.

The body will be shipped here for a funeral Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bank Street 
Baptist Church and burial in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery.  Hale Funeral 
Home is in charge of local arrangements.
