Theodore B. Billups, 97, passed peacefully at his residence on March 17, 2014.  A 
native of Norfolk, he was the son of the late Theodore and Mary Billups, and was 
predeceased by his wife, Vivian J. Billups.  Left to cherish his memory, a 
brother, Charlie Billups (Yvonne), a sister, Helen Tate, and a host of nieces, 
nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends.  A funeral will be held March 
22, at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, with entombment in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.  Professional services entrusted to Riddick Funeral Service.
