Virginian-Pilot  March 29, 1956

Nunziato Biondo, 79, husband of Mrs. Hattie Wright Biondo, died at a Norfolk 
hospital Tuesday at 9 p.m.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Albert M. Weatherspoon, of 
Norfolk and granddaughters, Misses Valerie Ann Weatherspoon, Deborah Jane 
Weatherspoon and Alma Marie Weatherspoon. Mr. Biondo was a native of Italy and 
had been a resident of Norfolk for 55 years, residing at 3107 Glen Avenue, 
Overbrook. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery.

BIONDO, NUNZIATO — At a Norfolk hospital Tuesday night, March 27, 1956, at 9 
o’clock, NUNZIATO BIONDO, husband of Mrs. Hattie Wright Biondo, in the 80th year 
of his age. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home, FRIDAY MORNING, March 30, 1956, at 11 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
