Final service for Mrs. Bettie Bishop, 72, of 964 Reservoir Avenue, who died at her 
home July 21, was held at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, July 26, with the Rev. P. P. 
Eaton officiating. Born in Warrenton, NC, she had lived here 44 years. A daughter, 
Mrs. Helen Nash, and other relatives survive. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with 
Hale and Company directing.
