Norfolk Virginian August 1, 1893
BIXBY – Suddenly, July 30th, at 5 a.m., at the residence of her son, Mr. E. T. 
Jakeman, 46 Cumberland street, MARY ELIZABETH BIXBY, wife of the late H. C. Bixby, 
in the 50th year of her age.
Funeral will take place from St. Mary’s Church 9 at o’clock TUESDAY MORNING. 
Friends and acquaintances invited to attend.
