The Rev. Sandy L. ``Snook'' Blackfull , 86, of the 7400 block of Pomona St.,
went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 6, 2003. He was a
native of Princess Anne County, born to the late Henry and Mariah Diggs
Blackfull . He was the widower of Versenia Blackfull .

He was a member of Olive Grove Baptist Church, and was the pastor of Trinity
Baptist Church for 10 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Margaret B. Turner and Cleo M.
Samuel and husband the Rev. Willie Samuel; two sisters, Cleo E. Smith and Lena
M. Parker; and eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one niece, cousins
and friends.

A funeral will be held Tuesday at noon at Olive Grove Baptist Church, 1034
Albert Ave., Norfolk, with the Rev. Harry Davis presiding. A viewing will be
held Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Riddick Funeral Service. Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery.
