Dr. Hugh Blackwell Dies in New York
NEW YORK, Nov. 4 - Dr. Hugh Burke Blackwell, 76, died Sunday morning after a 
short illness.
He was the son of the late Rev. Charles S. and Sophia Frances DeJarnette 
Blackwell of Norfolk. He left no immediate family.
Dr. Blackwell left many cousins, many of whom reside in Norfolk, VA.
Funeral services will be privately conducted here on Wednesday. Burial will be 
in a New York City cemetery.
