BLACKWELL, JOHN F. – At Mineral, Va., Wednesday, October 4, 1944, JOHN F., husband 
of the late Mrs. Martha Armistead Williams Blackwell and son of the late Rev. John 
Davenport and Mrs. Martha Butts Blackwell, in the 84th year of his age. Services 
at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial avenue 
TODAY (Thursday) at 122 o’clock NOON. Friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Interment, private, Elmwood Cemetery.
