He was taken to the Retreat for the Sick, where his injuries were attended to by Dr. Leigh. The little fellow was relieved from his sufferings by death at 8:30 o'clock last night. September 22, 1894 The funeral of James G. Blain[e], the little boy who met with a sad death on Thursday afternoon by being run over by a car on the Norfolk and Western railroad at the Brambleton Avenue crossing will take place from the home of his parents, No. 614 Highland Avenue, at 11 o'clock this morning.
