Funeral services for Willie Blake, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie 
Blake, who died December 2 at the age of 64,will be held Sunday, Dec. 8 at 2 
p.m. at the Bethlehem Baptist Church.  Rev. J. Q. A. Lassiter, pastor, will 
officiate.  Mr. Blake was born in Wilson, NC, and had lived in Norfolk about 
44 years.  He was a member of the Eureka Lodge of Elks No. 5,  having served 
as past exalted ruler and in later years as secretary.  He was also a member 
of the Norfolk Social Beneficial Association and Evening Star Lodge No. 1.

Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Bessie Blake;  two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy 
Cuffee, and Mrs. Alice Ashe;  one sister-in-law, Mrs. Martha Cowell;  one 
son-in-law, Filmore Cuffee and eight grandchildren.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with the Baker Funeral Home in charge.
