Virginian Pilot July 31, 1909

Charles W. Blanchard died at the Norfolk Protestant Hospital, at 6:15 p.m. 
Thursday.  The deceased, who had been a resident of Norfolk his entire life, 
was in the 51st year of his age and is survived by a widow, four sons and one 
daughter.  The funeral will be held from his late residence, 137 East Avenue 
A, Atlantic City Ward, at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon and will be conducted by 
Rev. E.P. Miner, of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
