Virginian-Pilot September 13, 1921
Stonewall Jackson Blount died at the home of his brother, George W. Blount, 
Virginia Bay Hotel, Ocean View. He had been ill for a long time. He is survived by 
two brothers, George W. Blount, of Ocean View, and James Blount, of Norfolk. 
Funeral services today at 3 o’clock at H. D. Oliver’s funeral apartments. Rev. J. 
S. Meredith will officiate. Burial at Elmwood.
